The Secret Community Garden in Chinatown

The Secret Community Garden in Chinatown that you won't find on Google Maps.

Walk to the very end of Paolo Sarpi and you will find one of our favourite study spots in town...

Behind an old brick wall is a small breakaway that leads into a park, not owned or managed by the city, but rather the local residents, whom volunteered to create a green oasis that few know about.

Unlike Sempione or other city parks in town, you can find proper tables & chairs nestled between the residents flower beds and unlike those more famous parks in Milan; you won't be fighting for a square metre of grass (or one of those green benches)!

This park is cared for exclusively by local volunteers, for the local community; take extra care of your impact, particularly with garbage, cigarettes or anything else that you are welcome to bring in.

PRO TIP: Within 100m of the park you can find a Carrefour to pick up some cheap drinks.

Location: Lea Garofalo - Viale Montello, 3
