Free Bike Sharing In Milan

Bicycles (and more recently, scooters!) are an iconic part of Milanese life which is why on every street in town, you will notice the orange bike sharing stands.

Using them is probably easier and cheaper than you thought!

CMON, HOW MUCH?

BikeMI and eBikeMI (the electric variant) are Milan’s bike sharing services and are arguably the best way to get around town with over 200 stations!

You can grab a bike 365 days a year, from 7am to midnight, for up to 2-hours at a time! The first 30 minutes of every ride with BikeMi is completely free of charge! Then just €0.50 every 30 minutes after.

If you're feeling casual and want the electric version; eBikeMi (the red variants) are just €0.25 for the first 30mins, €0.50 for the second 30mins, then €1 for the third half hour.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Riders will need just a card to unlock the bicycles which can be valid for a period of 1 day, 1 week or 1 year. To get the card, you can visit the ATM Points in the Metro (the same place you obtained your Metro card!) OR sign up directly on the website www.bikemi.it
