Free Check Out Services are available 7-days per week (10:30 - 19:30) at your local Student Support Centre.

Nest Students also benefit from up to 30-days luggage storage, completely free of charge!

As with any tenancy agreement, tenants should ensure that they schedule a Check Out Appointment, prior to departure, to deposit property keys and to complete their associated Check Out Module. It should be expressly understood that the delivery of keys(s), prior to the termination of a tenancy period, is always the responsibility of the tenant and travel arrangements should therefore be arranged accordingly. Tenants unable to Check Out by the formal means provided, may request a 24/7 Call Out (subject to the standard Call Out Fee), to guarantee the proper deposit of keys and the subsequent issue of the associated Check Out Module.

Keys delivered by any means other than those provided for by Accommodations Milan SRL, including through any third party, are not approved and remain at the sole liability of the tenant, until such a time that the release of the property can be properly established.

  • Tenants can schedule a Check Out Appointment, anytime prior to their formal tenancy termination date.

    Check Out Appointments are as easy as visiting a local Student Support Centre branch prior to departure, to deposit your keys and to complete the associated Check Out Module with a member of staff. You can even securely store your bags at your local Student Support Centre for up to 30 days - completely free of charge!

    The Check Out Module is issued and signed as a formal receipt of property keys. Tenants should remember to indicate their banking beneficiary information relating to any Security Deposit amounts when completing their associated Check Out Module with a member of staff.

    All payments and refunds are processed exclusively in domestic EURO currency. Exchange rates relating to other currencies will be subject to the conversion fee’s of the recipient bank.

  • Nest Students benefit from access to the most extensive office opening hours in Milan with Check Out appointments available 7-days per week (including holidays), 10:30 - 19:30. The completion of the Check Out Module, with a member of staff, generally takes no more than 10-minutes.

  • All Nest Students benefit from up to 30-days luggage storage, completely free of charge, at their local Student Support Centre.

    Quotes for mailing services are also available through enquiry.

  • Tenants should always assume the personal responsibility for their subscribed tenancy agreement.

    It should be expressly understood that keys delivered by any third party means, remain at the exclusive risk liability of the subscribed tenant. Non-deliveries, failed deliveries, and/or late deliveries are not the responsibility of Accommodations Milan SRL and may negatively impact other incoming guests, as well as resulting in additional fee’s.

  • Tenants are reminded to schedule travel arrangements, in accordance with their selected Check Out method.

    Tenants unable to complete Check Out by the means provided and/or in accordance with advertised opening hours, may schedule a direct collection service, available 24/7, exclusively through Accommodations Milan SRL*.

    *Accommodations Milan SRL assumes no responsibility relating to any other third party means.

  • 24/7 Check Out services are available to all tenants, subject to the standard Call Out Fee’s provided indistinctly.

    Tenants may request a key collection at their property at a fixed cost of €28.00, deductible from the associated rental account (Student Support Staff may not collect cash payments at accommodations).

    Out of hour’s collections (19:30 - 10:00) are available at a fixed rate of €50.00.

    Exclusively relating to subscribed collection services, a same-day Check Out Module is issued electronically, by way of email.

  • The bank beneficiary information relating to the reimbursement of any Security Deposit amounts are to be indicated within the associated Check Out Module, to be completed upon Check Out. Any Security Deposit amounts are refundable within 14-days of the formal tenancy termination date to the tenants provided beneficiary account.

    We encourage any first-time renters to check out the Security Deposit Guide to ensure that their property is vacated in the correct manner.

    Student Support Staff are not at liability to assess conditions on the behalf of tenants. Inspections are conducted by the associated property administrators at the culmination of each respective semester period.

  • Active tenants can schedule a Check Out appointment at anytime prior to the formal tenancy termination date indicated within both the subscribed rental agreement, as well as the preliminary contract provided upon booking.

    Please be advised, tenants are always liable for rental payments for the duration of their subscribed rental agreement, irrespective of the Check Out date/time selected.
