With just a hidden sign on the street and a password required to enter, this underground bar where all of the staff are dressed as rabbits, is sure to impress (or concern) any unsuspecting friends.

#2. Backdoor43
The smallest cocktail bar in the world!
Confidentiality at Backdoor43 is so important that the bartender serves drinks through a window with only his hands visible, ensuring total anonymity.
The owner, known only as 'Mr. V' is nice, but if you don’t read the rules posted on the wall, you'll quickly make him angry. Yes, he has a mask, but he doesn’t have filters: he tells you straight away everything he thinks. Some acute clients tease him, but he always has a ready answer.
**Not suitable for those with aversions to; Improbable dialogues, offensive exchanges, dark humour and/or teasing.**
PRO TIP: Find out about the dark chocolate in the lounge. Two, ask Mr.V to share every cocktail in small quantities - they're the best in town.
#3. The Sanctuary Milan
An old railway house, converted into an urban jungle, with fire pits and dancers... It may look like a cult gathering on a desolate island but it is in fact one of the hottest new spots in Milan.
With a setting that winks to the retreats of Ibiza and the dance floors of Tulum, this is the perfect spot for those craving a summer getaway without leaving town.
The cocktail menu is vast and the cuisine is an international-fusion, leaving little to the imagination.

PRO TIP : It isn't cheap and there's certainly no free apertif here. Cocktails start at €10 and you can expect to spend €30+ on main dishes. Antipasti (starters) are a bit better from €12.
