Starting June 6th and running until September 12th, 2024, every Thursday evening, the Duomo di Milano invites you to witness something truly magical. As the sun sets and casts endless shades of gold and pink over the city, the pink Candoglia marble of the cathedral transforms into a dreamy spectacle.

The terraces are open until 10 PM, and you can easily get to the top via an elevator ride (just make sure you’re there by 8:30 PM for the last ascent). Once you’re up there, you can soak in the panoramic views of Milan and the serene beauty of the Madonnina at dusk.

But wait, there’s more! Starting at 8:30 PM, your sunset experience gets even better with live music. Kicking things off, the newly formed Quartet of the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo, featuring talented musicians from the Orchestra of the Teatro alla Scala, will perform. Later in June, and on July 4th and 11th, enjoy additional musical evenings thanks to a collaboration with the "Giuseppe Verdi" Conservatory of Milan.
