To reserve an accommodation, students can submit an online application or visit a Student Support Centre in Milan.
Subject to availability, students can then obtain their Rental Contract with a valid form of ID and an associated Proof of Study.
To complete a reservation, return the signed Rental Agreement and pay the associated invoice; pertaining to the 6-week Refundable Security Deposit and one-time Service Plan amounts.
The first months rent is due exclusively upon the formal move-in date indicated within the subscribed rental agreement.

Traditionally, tenants are liable for their own annual utility contracts pertaining to their personal consumables (electricity, gas, internet, as well as the domicile taxes due for any stays exceeding 30-days).
Nest Students instead benefit from a fully inclusive formula, through a one-time Service Plan, covering all tenancy expenses, including; contract administration, domicile registration, the associated residential taxes / TARI, personal utilities (incl. electricity, gas and fibre optic internet), Arrivals Package (incl. blanket, pillows), as well as unlimited access to The Student Support Centre for personal and maintenance support.
Students can choose to upgrade their Service Plan to access optional benefits including; on site assistance with Codice Fiscale and Permit of Stay applications - recommended for non-EU students who don’t speak Italian!

The Student Support Centre is situated in the historical centre on Corso Porta Ticinese.

All Nest Student Apartments indicate both a standard rate (12+ month contracts) and a short-term/single semester rate (4+ months), for their associated Private Rooms and/or Twin Rooms.
Advertised rates are fully inclusive of all fixed expenses (condominium fee’s, heating, water).
Personal utilities/consumables, as well as domicile registration and associated taxes (a legal requirement for ANY residential stays exceeding 30-days in Italy), are included within the Student Service Plan.
Nest Students further benefit from 6-week Refundable Security Deposits, as opposed to the 2-3 months normally required in Italy.

Service Plans are valid for 1 (one) student, for any periods up to 6 (six) consecutive months.
